Submit a Complaint
The Land Based Fishing Alliance reviews complaints involving conduct, membership standards, fishing practices and other matters within the Alliance's authority.
Give Us the Facts.
Please provide clear, factual information and include enough detail for LBFA to understand what occurred and determine whether the matter falls within its authority.
Complaints should be based on firsthand information, reliable evidence or information that can reasonably be verified.
Submission of a complaint does not automatically result in disciplinary action and does not guarantee a particular outcome.
How Complaints Are Reviewed
Complaints are handled under LBFA's established review and discipline process, including evaluation of available evidence and an appropriate opportunity to respond when applicable.
Read the Complaint, Review & Discipline Procedure →This form is not an emergency reporting system. Matters involving an immediate threat to life or safety, suspected criminal activity, abuse, or another situation requiring immediate official intervention should be reported to the appropriate law-enforcement, emergency, child protection or regulatory authority.

Accountability Works Both Ways.
LBFA takes legitimate concerns seriously. The complaint process should not be used for harassment, retaliation, personal disputes unrelated to LBFA, knowingly false allegations or attempts to misuse the disciplinary process.
